Jesus Schuldes, MS,
PSP has many years of project controls experience for complex construction
projects across the globe. He is an expert in Critical Path Method (CPM)
scheduling, and is also well-versed in dispute resolution involving schedule
delays. He specializes in performing time impact and windows delay analyses to
apportion delays and validate construction claims. He is also a certified
Planning and Scheduling Professional (PSP) by AACE International (AACE).
